Cindy’s Pico Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • Red Bell Pepper
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Yellow Bell Pepper
  • Green Onions
  • Roma Tomatoes

Chop all vegetables very fine

  • White Shoepeg Corn 2 cans 
  • Black eye Peas 2 cans

Drain each can, mix into the vegetables

  • Garlic
  • Zesty Italian Dressing (1/4-1/12 cup)
  • French Dressing (1/8 cup)

Mix together and pour over

  • Jalapenos
  • Green Chili
  • Tomato Whole

In a blender, chop jalapenos, green chili and tomatoes. As desired, mix into dip, use remaining mixture as a side dish or salsa.
